A new concept diamond wheel with a resin body.
The resin cushions the vibrations of the machine, which enhances the production process and reduces strain on the spindles.
The lighter weight of the body makes it possible to manufacture diamond wheels in 3 parts (segmented + 2 x arris) for laminated glass, which strain the spindles less than identical wheels with a full metal body.

Process water is pumped to the rotating drum inside the separator by a dedicated submersible pump. The glass fines suspended in the fluid are “pushed” against the drum walls by the effect of the centrifugal force, letting the purified water flow.
